YOGA CLASS TIMETABLE

 

WEDNESDAYS 8:15-9:15pm
Yoga at Home – WIND DOWN WEDNESDAYS (ZOOM)

Intensity Level: Low
Gentle end of day movement and relaxation to get ready to roll into bed.
Pyjamas encouraged.

£7 per class. (4 weeks on, 2 weeks off.)

  • You will need:

    • A mat

    • A blanket

    Nice to have nearby:

    • A bed pillow

    • A sofa cushion

    • A yoga strap or dressing gown tie

    • Yoga bricks/blocks OR heavy coffee table books

TUNE INTO YOU (In person, online)

Intensity Level: Medium
Get to know you. Enjoy blending hatha with elements of gentle flow to intuitively stretch and strengthen the body.

  • This class is beginner friendly with a fun challenge here and there.

    Sessions will introduce you to (or refresh your memory of) the foundations of yoga while dabbling with concepts that you can implement into daily life too.
