Hatha yoga:
A traditional style incorporating the mind, body and breath
A practice of moving into energetic balance amidst the constant change in life
Slower paced, static holds of postures (āsanas) to take the time to allow time to tune in
Yoga is a broad term* with no universal style and every teacher will have their own way of guiding a practice.
I teach low-medium intensity flows with fun (optional) challenges here and there.
My classes might be for you if:
