A sofa cushion
A yoga strap or dressing gown tie
Yoga bricks/blocks OR heavy coffee table books

Get to know you. Enjoy blending hatha with elements of gentle flow to intuitively stretch and strengthen the body.

This class is beginner friendly with a fun challenge here and there.
Sessions will introduce you to (or refresh your memory of) the foundations of yoga while dabbling with concepts that you can implement into daily life too.
