I trained with Krama Training Academy, accredited by IPHM (International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine)

YOGA TEACHER TRAINING (2024)

I gained my 300 hour Yoga Teacher Training qualification at Whitespace Yoga Studio in Milton Keynes, studying under Dawn Wright, Deborah Berryman and Mona Baur.

PREGNANCY & POSTNATAL YOGA TEAChER TRAINING (2024)

I trained with Nourish Yoga Training with Lead Trainer Harriet McAtee and a host of amazing guest lecturers.

DOULA TRAINING (2024)

I trained as a doula with the incredible Abuela Doulas led by Mars Lord.

FIRST AID (2024)

First Aid for Work trained with Wallace Cameron
